Class 7 (BUTTER CAKES, KUIH BAKAR JAGUNG, & KUIH BAULU)
BUTTER CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1. 125 GM SOFT FLOUR
2. 125 GM CASTOR SUGAR
3. 125 GM BUTTER
4. 2.5 NOS EGG
5. 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
6. 1/4 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven in 200c
2. Cream together butter and sugar until well blended.
3. Beat the eggs mix with sugar and butter.
4. Add the vanilla.
5. Add flour and baking soda.
7. Pour the dough into pan or cup cakes.
8. Bake the cakes for 25-30 minutes.
KUIH BAKAR JAGUNG
INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 Can Sweet corn (450g) & 1 tsp vanilla essence
2. 665 ml Coconut milk
3. 240 gm Soft flour
4. 195 gm Castor sugar
5. 4 nos Egg
6. 1 Tbsp Margerine
METHOD:
1. Sift flour and castor sugar into the bowl
2. Put in the egg into the mixing bowl
3. Put sweet corn and vanilla essence and also a little coconut into mixing bowl. blend until fine and set aside
4. Put the colors for look better
5. Pour the dough into the pan
6. For the last sprinkle the sesame seed.
7. Bake in an oven until top are lightly browned.
KUIH BAHULU
INGREDIENTS:
1. 15 Nos Egg
2. 500 gm Sugar
3. 500 gm soft flour
METHOD:
1. Blend the egg and sugar until well blended
2. Add the flour
3. Put the dough into Bahulu mold
4. Bake the Bahulu dough
