FROZEN YOGURT




INGREDIENTS:

1. 500 ml Milk


2. 250 gm Sugar

3. Peach (Small dice)

4. Whip Cream

5. Yogurt


Method:
1. Preheat milk with sugar in the saucepan.
2. While waiting milk and sugar is hot, mixture whip cream and  yogurt  (Separate dough)
3. After milk and sugar well blended pour the milk  slowly into cream(whip cream and yogurt).
4. Add the peach fruit (Small dice)
5. Pour into ice machine wait until freeze.

BASIC SWEET BUN INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS ARE DIVIDE INTO 3 GROUPS: GROUP A ( Dry ingredients: 1. Bread flour 480 - 600 gm  ( 600 if not put in plain flour in ). ( According to size of the dish.).   BUTTER CAKE INGREDIENTS: 1. 125 GM SOFT FLOUR    2. 125 GM CASTOR SUGAR    3. 125 GM BUTTER   4. 2.5  NOS EGG 5. 1/2 TSP  BAKING POWDER  6.  1/4 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE METHOD: 1.  Preheat the oven in 200c 2.
